Jeff Love advises businesses, especially startups, as outside general counsel. He routinely counsels clients on product development, regulatory and employment issues, and crisis management.
A seasoned litigator, Jeff represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, through trial and appeals. Jeff previously tried high stakes cases and ran internal investigations at several prominent trial boutiques. Jeff also served in the Office of the White House Counsel during the Obama Administration.
Jeff clerked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, for Judge David Tatel on the D.C. Circuit, and for Judge James Boasberg on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
He received his law degree from Yale Law School.

Outside General Counsel
As a fractional outside GC to software, biotechnology, and other technology companies, Jeff has experience advising on legal issues, including employment contracts and regulations, commercial contracts, startup equity agreements, and financings.
Litigation and Arbitration
Jeff has worked with and against the top litigators in the country on complex disputes in litigation and arbitration. Jeff's experience is broad, ranging from antitrust, IP, contract, and qui tam (whistleblower) matters. Jeff also advises businesses and individuals on litigation risk and how to manage those risks, helping businesses and individuals avoid costly and inefficient disputes before they arise.
