ADAM LOCKE
Adam Locke is a trusted advisor to and advocate for his clients, which include businesses, investors, employees, inventors, entrepreneurs, creators, and consumers. His practice is focused on resolving disputes, both before legal action is filed, and in litigation and arbitration. Adam also serves as outside general counsel to startups, investment managers, and privately held businesses in the insurance, industrial, and real estate industries.
Adam began his career at Susman Godfrey, America's top-ranked trial firm, and worked on bet-the-company cases on behalf of creditors and shareholders at Akin Gump.
Adam served as a judicial clerk for Judge Carolyn Dineen King on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He received his law degree from Yale Law School.
Adam is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New York. He is an inactive member of the Missouri Bar.
